This promotion is valid until 30 November 2025 (12:00 midnight CET) for selected individuals domiciled in Switzerland. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. Those not eligible for participation include all employees of �۶���Ƶ who have been involved in the development or execution of this competition or have access to confidential or privileged information about this competition, as well as their relatives, and employees of �۶���Ƶ who work in marketing or in the Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets crew who are authorized to make or influence business decisions. �۶���Ƶ reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion without stating reasons, especially in the event of the slightest suspicion of offensive contents, abuse or manipulation. By participating, you (and the legal representative in the case of minor participants) accept the terms and conditions of participation.

For this “VIP tickets for the Spengler Cup final” competition, the following data will be collected and processed: first name, last name, email and language (“personal data”). The winners will be drawn at random on 1 December 2025. The winners will be notified by �۶���Ƶ via e-mail.

The prize is provided by �۶���Ƶ and has an equivalent value of CHF 890 per prize. The prizes are not subject to withholding tax. Direct federal tax is, however, fully payable on the prizes from the first franc. The prizes are also subject to the remaining income taxes (i.e., state, municipal and possibly church taxes) from the first franc. It is not possible or permissible to pay out the prize in cash or to exchange or transfer the prize or parts of it for payment or free of charge (e.g., by resale, auction, as a gift, etc.). In the event of infringement, �۶���Ƶ reserves the right to withhold the prize or parts thereof. The prize will be issued in the name of the winner. There shall be no claim to the issue of the prize under another name. The prize lapses if not claimed. �۶���Ƶ and the companies of the �۶���Ƶ Group exclude all liability and responsibility in connection with the organization and redemption of the prize.

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes: the acquisition and development of clients and/or �۶���Ƶ brand management, in particular in this case to make contact with the beneficiaries (the “purpose”). To fulfill the purpose, your personal data may be passed on worldwide to companies of the �۶���Ƶ Group, third parties or service providers, and processed by them. If data is transmitted abroad, it may no longer be protected by the laws of your country (for example, laws relating to banking secrecy, financial privacy, other provisions on client confidentiality and data protection may not necessarily provide equivalent or comparable protection compared to the rights under the laws that apply to your relationship with �۶���Ƶ) and may be subject to foreign regulations that permit forwarding of the data to responsible local authorities or other third parties.

We retain your personal data for 12 months. If you are in a country where the above-linked pages do not include any data privacy statement of their own, you declare your agreement with the processing of your data as described above by acceptance of the conditions presented in this legal notice. The electronic communication between you and �۶���Ƶ and third-party companies in Switzerland commissioned by �۶���Ƶ is based on publicly available communication services (in particular the Internet / unencrypted e-mails) and the security standards that exist there. By registering, you grant your consent to this data processing.

We collect and process the information you enter in above fields (""Personal Data"") for the purpose of engaging in prospecting and business development and/or protecting and enhancing the �۶���Ƶ brand (the ""Purpose""). Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by �۶���Ƶ Group companies, third parties or service providers globally to carry out the purpose.
By participating in the raffle, you (in the case of minors, the legal representative) agree that all personal data provided may also be used, in addition to the above-mentioned purpose, for �۶���Ƶ’s own marketing purposes, especially for product advertising and newsletters.
