Requirements

The offer is valid once only for owner-occupied or rented residential property (including vacation homes).
The full financing of your property is managed at �۶��Ƶ.
Your financing corresponds to the standard terms of �۶��Ƶ real estate financing.
The �۶��Ƶ Mortgage Renovation will finance up to a max. of CHF 250,000 of the renovation costs.
You provide us with a cost estimate in advance and then send us the final accounting after the renovation work is completed.
To earn the eco-bonus, you must be able to verify your planned energy-efficient construction measures at the time of the financing review.
The offer cannot be combined with any other special offers.
