Daphne Technology, a Swiss climate tech startup focused on solving the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) challenge, has raised an additional CHF 4 million from private investors introduced through �۶���Ƶ Growth Advisory, Swisscom and One Creation to scale up the company.
The company also raised CHF 10 million in October 2021 from strategic investors, including Shell Ventures, Trafigura, AET Tankers and Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures.

On 29 December 2021, a fund advised by Afinum Management GmbH acquired GS Swiss PCB AG. �۶���Ƶ Switzerland AG acted as sole mandated lead arranger, underwriter and agent for the acquisition financing in favor of Afinum for the acquisition of GS Swiss PCB AG, a manufacturer of highly miniaturized printed circuit boards with a market-leading position in the medical industry.

PMI distributes Switzerland’s leading school software “Scolaris,” currently reaching 500 schools and educational institutions. The acquisition by CMI creates a complete solution for schools, ranging from school administration to classrooms, and ensures a unique market position.

For Roth Soft AG, the sale to CM Informatik AG was instrumental for achieving its strategic goals.

ISS Kanal Services AG, based in Boswil (AG) and with main locations in Kägiswil (OW) and Agno (TI), is the leading provider of sewer and land-related services in Switzerland. With around 300 employees at 8 locations, the company offers a full range of sewer, road and tunnel maintenance services to the public sector, industrial customers, private and institutional property owners, and real estate administrators. ISS Kanal Services is a leader in the digitalization of the sewer network and in innovative customer solutions and is uniquely well-positioned to grow strongly with new owners.

�۶���Ƶ acted as exclusive financing partner for a consortium of buyers in connection with the investment company Helvetica Capital and Bruno Fankhauser – the former Leoni Board member and new CEO of Leoni Studer AG – for the purchase of Leoni Schweiz AG and its subsidiary Leoni Studer AG.

Leoni Studer AG, based in Däniken, Solothurn (), specializes in high-quality cables for complex applications in the fields of railway technology, power plants and building safety. Founded in 1939, the company has been a member of the Leoni Group since 2006 and employs around 400 people. Being independent again will ensure stability and continuity, as well as allowing the company to develop and improve its core technical expertise.

Electromag is located in Ecublens in the Canton of Vaud. It is specialized in the design and manufacturing of ultra-quiet high-speed motors for medical respirators and dental and orthopedic devices. Mabuchi is the world’s largest manufacturer of small electrical motors.

The shareholders of Baitella AG (“Baitella”) sold their shares to Renaissance Investment Foundation (“Renaissance”), a Swiss-based investment fund investing from its evergreen fund. Baitella is the world's leading provider of user-friendly, individualized holding system solutions with central clamping unit. It is active in the development, manufacturing and assembly of articulated arms sold under the brand Fisso.

With the capital raised from the new round of fundraising, AVA will develop a digital contraceptive device for launch onto the market and invest further in the B2B business in the US. Farmy AG is a digital farm shop that exclusively sells regional and sustainably made products. The capital raised from the successful fundraising effort will further boost the expansion of Farmy in Switzerland.
