Preconditions

  • For apartment buildings with minimum three units
  • Minimum mortgage amount is CHF 1'000'000
  • Maximum mortgage amount is 65% of the property value

If your mortgage amount is less than CHF 1'000'000 or if you want to finance an apartment building with less than three units, we can offer you a mortgage for an owner occupied residence instead.
