The Headspace app offers hundreds of helpful audio sessions, programs, and articles for any mind, mood, or goal. Long-term studies conducted by their own science lab show that the app’s resources can increase your happiness, help you focus, sleep better, manage stress and difficult emotions and build your mindfulness practice if used on a regular basis. Download the Headspace app, log in and enjoy more than 1,000 hours of meditations and other programs.

We want to ensure you and those you’re closest to have access to resources that help you take care of your minds. You can also add a friend or family member to your Headspace membership. Once they sign up, they’ll be able to access the entire Headspace library with meditations, focus music, sleep sounds and more. To activate your ۶Ƶ-provided Headspace membership, visit . In partnership with Aetna and Cigna, ۶Ƶ is pleased to provide enhanced support to assist transgender employees and their family members through all phases of their experience. Employees must be enrolled in the Core or Core Plus medical plan in order to be eligible.

Aetna

Aetna Transgender Support Center on Aetna Health

  • Includes access to a Transgender Care Personal Navigator, who will provide dedicated support.
  • Offers valuable resources to assist transgender members through all phases of their experience, including features to help gender-affirming care and medical and behavioral health providers.

The Gender Affirmation Support Team

  • Includes direct access to a Personal Champion who can help you understand your benefits, connect you to the right care teams and resources based on your needs, coordinate care for pre- and/or post-surgery and connect you with in-network and experienced LGBTQ+ friendly providers.
  • To get started, call the Gender Affirmation Team at +1-855-699-8990 (Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm EST).

Connect one-on-one with an onsite master's-level certified and licensed counselor at the ۶Ƶ Health Centers. Virtual appointments are also available, depending on state licensing.

Menopause support with Ovia Health provides education, support, and guidance to better understand and effectively manage menopause with confidence. You have access to clinically backed guidance and tailored educational materials, comprehensive health tracking to recognize patterns and discreet one-on-one support through in-app chats or a phone call with the Ovia Health Care Team.

To start receiving support, download the Ovia® app, select “I have Ovia Health as a benefit” during signup and enter your health plan and/or employer.

The reintroduction of America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP) enhances workplace culture and engagement specifically for veterans.
