Our programs

Financial advisor training designed for you

Everything we do is about meeting our clients’ needs. Our programs begin with several weeks of foundational training for both technical and professional skills (and you’ll earn your Series 7 and 66 securities licenses). You’ll also get tailored modules to keep up with the changing financial landscape and the latest tech. Our Wealth Advice Center (WAC) is a diverse team that provides personalized advice for our existing client base of over 200k households. Setting you up for long-term success is only the beginning.

Financial Advisor Development Program

This program is all about financial planning, products and client engagement. You’ll be building and deepening relationships with our existing clients and tapping into our technology for new solutions.

If you want to become an expert financial advisor, this is the place to do it. And you’ll get to own all your appointments and outreaches while creating a white glove experience for our clients. After completing training and obtaining your series 7 and 66, you’ll focus on delivering expert advice while using our full suite of financial planning tools to create the solutions they need. You’ll also get to earn your CFP designation as part of our tuition reimbursement program.

Workplace Wealth Advisor Program

In this program, you’ll get a deep understanding of all our Workplace Wealth Solutions offerings and hands-on experience with corporate participants.

With so many different needs and expectations, you’ll have the skills to guide them toward a secure financial future. How do we define financial wellness? Well, you’re part of the answer. Our corporate clients have different employee segments and needs, and this program sets you up to become an expert for all of them. After completing your training and obtaining your series 7 and 66 licenses, you’ll provide guidance on budgeting, retirement planning, debt management and other personal finance topics such as equity compensation. You’ll learn to understand the financial goals of your clients and  provide them with tailored wealth management solutions to help them build a strong and secure future in line with our compliances and procedures. Our training will help you evolve your career, and you can also earn your CFP designation with our tuition reimbursement program.

Enlisted Veterans Apprenticeship Pathway (EVAP)

Ready for a full-time apprenticeship? This pathway hires vets directly into open roles in our Wealth Advice Center and Group Functions.

First, you’ll get a business education and hands-on learning. You’ll also get a mentor from our ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Veterans Network. If you’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and transitioning (or less than 24 months) from active service, this might be the one for you.

Your development

Right from the start, you’ll be a member of our Wealth Advice Center with all the connections and support needed to excel in your chosen field. Our training goes beyond getting your Series 7 and 66 licenses. It comes with formal coaching and leaders who take an active role in helping your career progress. With a competitive compensation package and tuition reimbursement for the CFP to top it all off.

How to apply

Our process is designed to be objective and fair. We want everyone to have equal chances to drive recruitment success. Recruitment stages may differ slightly (according to program and region).

We make it very easy to apply, just submit an online application and upload your CV/resume.

Since we don’t ask for cover letters in most regions, let your CV do all the talking to reflect who you are. We want to hear about your hobbies, your interests, academic achievements, work experience and what you’ve learned from these experiences.

Be sure to check out our ten step interactive roadmap to recruitment readiness(PDF, 2 MB).

Everyone is welcome at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. And we’re committed to disability inclusion and making sure our application process is accessible for everyone. If you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.

We have four types of online assessments:

  • Verbal reasoning
  • Numerical reasoning
  • ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Culture Match

The assessments you’re assigned will be dependent on the business area you’re applying to. They need to be completed within seven days of receiving the invitation email. Please note, you won’t be able to complete the assessments after the deadline. You also won’t be able to retake them, so make sure you can focus.

    offers some practice assessments.

Why do companies use online assessments?

The abilities and behaviors we learn about from them are a great way to get unbiased information about the candidate.

What are the verbal or numerical reasoning tests about?

These look at how you draw logical conclusions from complex verbal or numerical information from tables and charts.

    And the inductive-logical reasoning test?

This is a fun one. You’ll be looking at logical rules in patterns and then applying them to different sets of patterns.

    Our ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Culture Match

Realistic, hypothetical work scenarios where you need to pick the most effective course of action, in line with our ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ principles and behaviors.

After passing our online assessments (and if you’re a good fit), you might receive a link to record your video interview. This is where you can make a great first impression. Dress smartly, keep good eye contact with the camera and be concise.

Worried employers are using AI to review submissions? Rest assured; our people are the ones making decisions around here.

Check out some tips for a great video interview here.

Almost there! The last stage of the process is our final round virtual or in-person interviews.

Be sure to research ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ and the business area you’re applying to. Go beyond the facts and figures.

Also, don’t be afraid to ask us questions during the interview. Let’s get a conversation going. When you speak about your experiences, give us examples and tell us a story. The outcomes, opportunities and what you might have done differently. As assessors, we want to connect with you.
