Your development
When your development is the heart of the program, everything is about growth. Become part of our core business while you explore different specialist areas in our 18-month training program offered across Switzerland. Whether you start in March or September, you’ll rotate through three different assignments, gain a generalist experience in banking and focus on advisory functions. When all is said and done, you’ll have your industry certificate issued by the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA).

What we look for
We look for independent people who love to learn and connect with others – whether working in a team or speaking with clients. It is important that you have one of the following qualifications:
- Academic baccalaureate (preferably in the field of economics)
- Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with vocational baccalaureate obtained in a field other than banking
- Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with vocational baccalaureate obtained via commercial school in a field other than banking
- Specialized baccalaureate (only in German-speaking Switzerland)

Events and taster days

We check your documents for completeness and whether you’ve met our minimum requirements. We're looking for people with a high willingness to learn, a positive attitude and an interest in the financial industry.

How do you prepare for the interview? Start by researching the program, and ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ in general. Be sure to take notes and write down any questions you have. We’re more than happy to answer them.
Think about what you want to share about yourself and what kinds of questions we might ask. Why ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, what are your strengths, what do you want to work on, etc. Even how others might describe you. No need to overthink it. As long as you’re prepared, we should have a great conversation.
Some tips from us
Greeting your interview partner by name and making eye contact is a great way to make a good first impression. Keep in mind that there are no right or wrong answers. Just be yourself. And don’t forget to ask questions. It lets us know that you’re curious and interested.
