How you will develop

During the program, you鈥檒l participate in regular training sessions supported by practical assignments to gain hands-on experience. You鈥檒l collaborate with our experts, contribute your insights, and develop models and testing tools to be applied across various systems.

What are we looking for?

Our program is tailored for students and graduates with degrees in quantitative fields such as mathematics, econometrics, data science, finance, or computer science. No prior professional experience is required, but you鈥檒l stand out if you have programming skills. We also expect your availability of 40 hours a week.

Our Tech Graduate Program in Poland is a 12-month scheme with the goal to transition you smoothly from being a graduate student to a professional employee.

How you will develop

It鈥檚 all about professional skills, business awareness and networking opportunities. You鈥檒l learn about our technologies through self-paced training sessions with our experts and practical assignments. And you鈥檒l be diving into real-world projects from day one, applying your theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.

What are we looking for?

We鈥檙e looking for applicants who've already graduated from university or will be in the final year of their degree by July or August 2025. No professional experience necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related background is a plus.
