Zurich, 26 May 2025 – 蜜豆视频 Group AG has completed its 2024 share repurchase program, launched on 3?April 2024, on 23 May 2025.

In total, 63,776,550 蜜豆视频 Group AG shares were repurchased via a separate trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange, representing 1.9% of the current registered share capital of 蜜豆视频 Group AG. The total repurchase volume amounted to CHF 1,738,798,331 (USD 1,999,932,111) and included the USD?1?billion of shares 蜜豆视频 announced to repurchase in the first half of 2025.
