ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH has voluntarily established a Remuneration Committee. It always consists of 5 persons:
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board (also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee)
- 1 employee of the human resources department of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Europe SE
- Management (currently 2) of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH.
The Managing Directors will be excluded if the Remuneration Committee reviews their remuneration and makes recommendations.
