How to use the new template

What’s changed

New templates (Excel or CSV file) for creating payment slips are available in the . Download it via “Via Excel file ˃ To start ˃ Select a file”. You can identify the current version by the “V2” designation in the new file.

In addition to the new versions of the templates, a new category “۶Ƶ direct debit” has also been added.

In the QR portal and for orders via ۶Ƶ Digital Invoicing, you can only use the current Excel or CSV files. Please note that the old versions of the templates are no longer valid and an error message will be displayed if used in the QR portal.

Depending on the ۶Ƶ invoicing solution for which the template is used, the Excel template must be filled out differently. The structure of the columns, however, always remains the same. The following extensions have been made to the Excel structure in the new version:

  • Column B “۶Ƶ invoicing solution” for clear identification of the product.
    The entries depend on the downloaded Excel template::
    • The templates “For stock”, “In all variants” and “As a complete invoice” all have the ۶Ƶ invoicing solution “۶Ƶ QR-bill
    • The template “eBill-compatible payment slips” has the ۶Ƶ invoicing solution “۶Ƶ eBill invoice
    • The new template “۶Ƶ direct debit” has the ۶Ƶ invoicing solution “۶Ƶ direct debit

  • Columns AF – AL are labeled as “Alternative procedure ۶Ƶ direct debit” and are only to be filled in for ۶Ƶ direct debit.

How to fill out the templates

  • Step 1: Download the new Excel version for the desired ۶Ƶ invoicing solution in the using “Via Excel file ˃ To start ˃ Select a file”.

  • Step 2: Fill in the Excel template from row 8 according to the labels in row 5 and the descriptions in row 6.

Note: Only one ۶Ƶ invoicing solution may be used per Excel/CSV file.

How the transition to the new Excel version works

If you want to reuse the data from your old Excel template, please proceed as follows: 

  • Step 1: Download the new Excel version for the desired ۶Ƶ invoicing solution in the using “Via Excel file ˃ To start ˃ Select a file”.
  • Step 2: Copy the data from the old Excel template from columns B – AD starting at row 8 and place the cursor in cell C8 in the new Excel template and paste the copied data.
  • Step 3: Copy the data from the old Excel template from columns AE - BI starting from row 8, place the cursor in the new Excel template on cell AM8 and paste the copied data.
  • Step 4: Always fill column B from row 9 with the ۶Ƶ invoicing solution from cell B8. Only one ۶Ƶ invoicing solution may be used per Excel/CSV file.
