The data concerned may also be used by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ for its own marketing purposes (i.e. the aforementioned newsletter and event mailing service) in dealings between the bank and yourself. Anyone (clients and non-clients) may sign up for this service and cancel it again at any time. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, either by clicking on the cancellation link at the end of the newsletter or via the website on which the subscription was started.

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ will evaluate and analyze user conduct in relation to your interaction with e-newsletters (including date and time of accessing e-newsletters, details of any links within the e-newsletter that you accesses, and how many times these are accessed) and will use the results to prepare profiles. In particular, these are used by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ and its Group companies to offer their clients individual advice, tailored offers and information about ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ products and services as well as for the purposes of market research, marketing and risk management.
