Amy Lo is Chairman, Global Wealth Management Asia, Co-Head of Wealth Management Asia Pacific, Head and Chief Executive of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Hong Kong, and a Managing Director at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth and Global Family Office in Asia. Today, the ultra-high net worth business is the leading wealth manager for ultra-high net worth individuals in the region.

Actively involved in the development of the private banking industry in Hong Kong, Amy chairs the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), and is a Board Member of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy. She is also a member of the Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Education Bureau and an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation.

A passionate supporter of youth education and technological innovation in Greater China, Amy is a member of The Court and the MBA Advisory Board at The University of Hong Kong, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Board Member of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Optimus Foundation, the independent grant-making foundation that helps ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ clients improve the education and welfare of children globally.

In recognition of her contribution to the wealth management industry, Amy was named Private Banker of the Year in the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction 2020 and 2023. She also received the Executive Award at the DHL/SCMP Business Awards 2018 for her efforts in building ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ as a corporate citizen in Hong Kong. She was also named by a top-tier Chinese media, China Business News, as one of the "Hong Kong Top 20 in the next 20 years" for her contribution to innovation developments in 2017.

Rt Hon Sir John Key

38th Prime Minister of New Zealand

Rt Hon Sir John Key was the 38th Prime Minister of New Zealand from 2008 to December 2016, successfully leading the National Party to 3 election victories before retiring from politics at the end of 2016. He led the country through the aftermath of the global financial crisis and a series of devastating earthquakes in New Zealand¡¯s second-biggest city. When he retired from office, New Zealand had one of the highest growth rates and best fiscal positions of any advanced economy.

Sir John entered politics after a successful career in Investment Banking including nearly a decade in New Zealand, primarily with Bankers Trust and a decade off shore with Investment Bank Merrill Lynch in London, Singapore and Sydney as global head of Merrill¡¯s FX business and European head of its derivatives business.

In 2017 he was made a Knight Grand Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit which brings with it the title of Sir John. While he is certain people will still call him John, he was delighted that Bronagh becomes Lady Key. He was also recognized by the Australian Government and has been appointed an Honorary Companion in the Order of Australia.

The University of Canterbury awarded Sir John a Doctor of Commerce honorary degree in December 2017. He graduated from the university in 1983 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accountancy.

Sir John was a member of the Foreign Exchange Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1999-2001).

Mark Andersen

Mark Andersen, Managing Director, is Co-Head of the Global Asset Allocation team at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Chief Investment Office. In his role, Mark oversees CIO's global Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation, Thematic investments, Investment Risk, Quantitative analytics, Derivatives, and Alternatives. Mark has been a member of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Global Investment Committee since 2006.

Mark joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ in 2006 from Danske Capital and has focused on asset allocation and investment strategy throughout his career. In 2009, Mark was appointed Head of the Investment Strategy Research team and assumed leadership of the asset allocation team in the Chief Investment Office in 2011. During 2014-15, Mark was based in Hong Kong, where he helped set up the APAC Asset Allocation team.

Mark regularly appears in financial media and meets ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ clients around the world. He holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance from the Copenhagen Business School.

Min Lan Tan

Min Lan Tan is the Head of the Asia Pacific Investment Office at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office since July 2013. She serves as a member of the House View Investment Forum and Asia Investment Meeting, which formulate the regional and global ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ House View.

Prior to joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Global Wealth Management, Min Lan spent eleven years with the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Investment Bank where she held several senior appointments in both the Equities and Fixed Income divisions.

Between 2002-2012, Min Lan was the Head of Research and Strategist at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Securities Singapore. Over this period, the research team was top ranked across key institutional surveys and Min Lan was personally ranked the number 1 analyst in Singapore by Asiamoney for ten consecutive years.

In 2006, as ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ expanded its equities footprint in Asia Pacific, she was concurrently appointed the Head of Equities for the Singapore hub, with oversight of research, sales, trading and execution, prime brokerage, risk managed products, exchange traded derivatives and bank for banks.

In 2012, Min Lan moved into the FICC division to become the Global Head of FICC Macro Strategy Research. She was put in charge of teams covering global asset allocation, global emerging markets, fixed income, FX and credit research.

At the IB, she was also the global Senior Relationship Manager for the Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) between 2010-2013.

Before joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Min Lan was a senior economist with the Econometric Modelling unit at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as well as an Asian economist cum strategist at Merrill Lynch Securities.

Min Lan holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Dr Yifan Hu joins us as Regional Chief Investment Officer & Head Macroeconomic Asia Pacific. She is based in Hong Kong, and serves as a member of the CIO Asia and China Investment Committee. Working alongside the investment teams globally and in Asia Pacific, Yifan is helping shape CIO's macroeconomic and investment views on APAC.

Yifan has held several Chief Economist positions since 2007, most recently at Haitong International where she was tasked with leading H-share equity research. Prior to this role, Yifan worked as a Chief Economist at CITIC Securities, China Economist at France's Natixis, and China Strategist at Merrill Lynch. Her views and columns can be found in leading financial media.

Prior to that, Yifan was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong and published extensively in the international and Chinese academic journals. Yifan has considerable experiences in research and consulting, and served in various prestigious organizations including the World Bank and The Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) in Washington D.C.

Yifan received her Ph.D in Economics from Georgetown University and B.S. in Economics from Zhejiang University.

Jon Gordon

Jon Gordon is a cross-asset strategist with the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office (GWM CIO) in Hong Kong. Jon is a key contributor the bank¡¯s daily briefings and research notes for wealth clients, delivering context and actionable views on fast-moving developments that directly impact client portfolios. As a key contributor to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Circle One project, Jon is leading a shift to multimedia research, and helping the bank to reshape how wealthy clients make and execute investment decisions..

Prior to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Jon worked as TV host and journalist in China and the APAC region, contributing to CNBC, Reuters and the BBC. He holds an MBA in Corporate finance from Spain¡¯s IE university.

As a former equity portfolio manager and global industry analyst, he has over twenty years of investment experience conducting fundamental equity market research and managing both long-only and long/short strategies, particularly within the global banking, insurance and specialty finance industries. He joined the firm in 2002 and has been a senior managing director and partner since 2010. Prior to joining Wellington, he worked at Merrill Lynch (1995 ¨C 1999).

Andy received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (now the University of Chicago Booth School of Business) and his BS in foreign service, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University¡¯s School of Foreign Service.

Adrian Zuercher is Co-Head Global Asset Allocation and Co-Head Global Investment Management APAC at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Chief Investment office. In his Global Asset Allocation role, he is responsible for multi-asset portfolio solutions. He co-chairs the tactical investment forum, the global portfolio construction meeting, and is a member of the global investment committee, which defines the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ CIO house-view. In his Global IM APAC capacity, he is responsible for investment fund selection, portfolio management, and product development. Adrian oversees regional discretionary and advisory mandates, investment and alternatives funds, sustainable investing, and the wealth planning offering.

Before joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Adrian was Head of Multi-Asset Emerging Market Strategy and Global Asset Allocation at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong and Zurich, where he was responsible for multi-asset class portfolios as well as advising sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on asset allocation. Prior to that, he was an equity fund manager in charge of Asia at VP Bank Asset Management, and a multi-asset class portfolio manager at F. van Lanschot Bankiers. Adrian holds an MSc in finance and economics from the University of Bern and is a CFA charterholder.

Professor Shafi Ahmed

Professor Shafi Ahmed is a surgeon, teacher, futurist, entrepreneur and humanitarian. He is a multi-award-winning cancer surgeon working at The Royal London Hospital. He is a member of the NHS assembly advising the government on the NHS Long Term Plan and was awarded the Future NHS Award by members of Parliament in 2018.

He was a Nobel Peace Prize nominee in 2020 for his work over a decade in LMICs and conflict zones, including Gaza, to democratize access to surgery and surgical training.

He is a 3x TEDx and an international keynote speaker, and has delivered over 300 international keynotes in 60 countries, and is called a ¡°storyteller in scrubs¡±

He is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of Medical XR, an AI-powered XR Medical education company and Chief Medical Metaverse Officer at Aimedis, the world's first real healthcare Metaverse & the world's first medical data NFT marketplace.

He was also the Asian Star in UK Tech in 2018. He won the Silver Scalpel as best national trainer in surgery in 2015 and has been given the accolade of the ¡°worlds most watched surgeon¡± as has streamed live operations using Google Glass, Virtual Reality, Holograms, social media and on national television on Operation Live which was shortlisted for a BAFTA award in 2019.

He was the Associate Dean of Barts Medical School and was an elected member of council of the Royal College of Surgeons of England where he led the international surgical training program.

He has been an advisor to the Abu Dhabi government for digital transformation of health and innovation and was also the Vodafone Connected Health Ambassador.

He is an Honorary Professor at UCL Global Business School for health teaching on Executive MBA and is a Visiting Professor at Imperial College London.

He has been one of the top 20 global digital health and innovation influencers and is a HIMSS Future50 clinical leader 2019.

Erin Xie, PhD, Managing Director and portfolio manager, is the head of the Health Sciences team, part of BlackRock's Active Equity Group. She is the portfolio manager for the Health Sciences equity portfolios.

Dr. Xie's service with the firm dates back to 2001, including her years with State Street Research & Management (SSRM), which merged with BlackRock in 2005. At SSRM, she was a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager responsible for managing the State Street Health Sciences Fund. Prior to joining State Street Research in 2001, Dr. Xie was a research associate with Sanford Bernstein covering the pharmaceutical industry from 1999. From 1994 until 1997, she was a post doctoral research scientist at Columbia University.

Dr. Xie earned a BS degree in chemistry from Beijing University in 1988, a PhD degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1993 and a MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 1999.

Eva Lee is the Head of Greater China Equities at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office in Hong Kong. She joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ in September 2011 and led a team covering HK/China property research sector. Eva built up and held up the top 3 positions in Asia Real Estate research in the Institutional Investors poll of 2016-2018. Eva has covered the HK/China property sector for the last 21 years at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, before that, at Macquarie, ING, Credit Suisse and HSBC. Eva is a member of Chartered Financial Analysts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants.

Professor Frederick Ma Si-Hang has been Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) since June 2025.

Professor Ma was born and educated in Hong Kong. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1973 majoring in economics and history. Since graduation, he had taken up major positions of various local and overseas banks, financial institutions and major companies, including Chase Manhattan Bank, Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities, Kumagai Gumi (HK) Limited, JP Morgan Chase and Pacific Century Cyberworks Limited. He has rich experience in the banking and financial sector.

In 2002, he joined the Hong Kong SAR Government as the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury and assumed the post of Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development in 2007. He resigned from the Government in July 2008 due to medical reasons.

In addition to serving as HKTDC Chairman, Professor Ma also holds the positions of Chairman at FWD Group Holdings Limited, Independent Non-Executive Director of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, COSCO Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd. and Unicorn II Holdings Limited. He is also a Member of the International Advisory Council of China Investment Corporation. Professor Ma is a past Chairman of MTR Corporation Limited. He was a Member of Global Advisory Council of the Bank of America and International Advisory Council of Investcorp.

Since 2011, Professor Ma is a Permanent Honourable President of Hong Kong Special Schools Council. He is also an Honorary Professor of the Business School at the University of Hong Kong, the Faculty of Business Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Education University of Hong Kong. He was conferred the Honorary Doctor of Social Sciences by Lingnan University, City University of Hong Kong and The Education University of Hong Kong in 2014, 2016 and 2024 respectively. From 2017 ¨C 2020, he was the Council Chairman of The Education University of Hong Kong.

In March 2023, Professor Ma was appointed as a Member of the Chief Executive¡¯s Council of Advisers. He was awarded a Gold Bauhinia Star in 2009 and appointed a Justice of the
Peace in 2010.

Dong Tao (Dr. Tao) has over 30 years of industry experience covering China and its economic outlook. He is widely featured as speaker on China geopolitics at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ client events for UHNW clients and entrepreneurs.

Dr. Tao was ranked #1 in First Business News Survey in 2011 and is highly regarded by investors. He has published more than ten books in his career.

Dr. Tao joined Credit Suisse in 1998 as the Chief Regional Economist for non-Japan Asia, with a focus on China. He moved from investment bank to wealth management in July 2016. His most recent role was with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ as the Executive Vice Chair Asia Pacific (APAC) within Global Wealth Management Strategic Clients.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was with Schroders Securities Asia as Senior Regional Economist and Head of China research.

Dr. Tao holds a Ph.D. degree and a M.Sc. degree from University of Utah and B.A. from Beijing Foreign Language University.

He worked in China, the US and Japan. He has been based in Hong Kong since 1994.
