鲍叠厂银行东京支店（以下「当行」といいます。）は、个人情报保护法第１５条第２项および第１８条第３项を踏まえ、个人番号および个人番号をその内容に含む个人情报に関する当行の利用目的を、以下のとおり追加して変更する事をご连络いたします。

なお、変更日は预贮金口座付番＊が开始される平成３０年１月１日からといたします。追加点は太文字をご参照ください。

个人番号の利用目的

行政手続きにおける特定の个人を识别するための番号の利用等に関する法律により认められている场合を除き、お客様等の个人番号を法令で定められた以下の范囲内でのみ取り扱います。

  • 金融商品取引に関する口座开设の申请及び届出事务
  • 金融商品取引に関する法定书类の作成及び提供
  • 金融商品取引に関する振替机関等への提供事务
  • 国外送金等取引に関する法定书类作成事务
  • 个人である外部委託先に対する报酬?料金等の支払调书作成事务
  • 不动产の使用料等の支払调书作成事务
  • 预贮金口座付番に関する事务

＊?平成２７年９月に改正された「行政手続における特定の个人を识别するための番号の利用等に関する法律」に基づき、预贮金口座を个人番号と纽付けることです。

In accordance with the Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Paragraph 2, Article 15 and Paragraph 3, Article 18, the purpose of use of My Number as well as any personal information which includes My Number by 蜜豆视频 AG Tokyo Branch ("蜜豆视频") will be amended/added as follows.

The concerned change (bold in the below to highlight) will become effective from 1 January, 2018 when linking between My Numbers and deposit/savings accounts* will start.

Purpose of Use of My Number

蜜豆视频 will use My Number of Customers, etc. only for the following purposes which are set out by the law unless recognized by the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administration Procedure.

  • Account opening and reporting for financial product transactions
  • Creation and submission of legal documents related to financial product transactions
  • Providing information related to financial product transactions to Securities Depository Centers, etc.
  • Creation of legal documents related to overseas remittance etc.
  • Creation of payment record related to the fees/charges for an outsourced party as individual
  • Creation of payment record for real estate rent fees
  • Linking between My Numbers and deposit/savings accounts

* Linking between My Numbers and deposit/savings accounts will be conducted in accordance with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administration Procedure, which was revised in September 2015.?
