Zurich, 8 October 2025 – ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1,250,000,000 0.250% Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Callable Senior Notes due November 2026 with ISIN CH1142231682 (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 3 November 2025. The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 30ÌýOctober 2025. The Senior Notes were issued by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Group AG on 3 November 2021 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ also announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding CHF 275,000,000 3.00% Tier 1 Capital Notes with ISIN CH0506668869 (the "Tier 1 Notes") on the First Call Date, 13 November 2025. The last trading day of the Tier 1 Notes will be 11 November 2025. The Tier 1 Notes were issued by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Group AG on 13 November 2019 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
