ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ brings extensive experience and deep expertise in the China market. In 1964, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ was the first Switzerland-based bank to establish a presence in the Asia Pacific region and has provided corporate finance advice to Chinese enterprises since 1985.?
In June 2023, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ completed the acquisition of Credit Suisse, crossing an important milestone. In May 2024, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ completed the merger of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ AG and Credit Suisse AG. ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ's presence in China has been further expanded following the acquisition, especially in the asset management space.

China is a key market for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ and we are committed to continue investing strategically. By tapping into our multi-entity platform in China, we are well-positioned?to offer?international clients access to China and to support domestic clients wishing to go global.
