How to check which account is your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ TWINT credit account:
- Log in to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ TWINT App
- Open the menu in the top-right corner of the screen and choose Settings
- Choose Manage credit account
You will see the connected account. Please check that account for the payment.
If you still cannot find the payment, you can submit a complaint. We will then investigate the transaction and try to help you find a resolution. To avoid delay, please do not report the same case more than once.
