ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ key4 business: Activating the Access App and logging in

Here you will find answers to questions relating to activation of the Access App

You will need the contract number and the activation PIN:

  • The contract number is displayed as soon as you have signed the contracts electronically.
  • You set the activation PIN yourself, and it remains valid for 60 minutes.
  • The Access App will guide you through the activation process. It is important that you activate the Access App immediately after signing the contracts, without interruption.

If you already have an account at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ and you have installed the Access App, write down your contract number during the opening process and add it in the Access App.

  • The contract number is displayed in the Mobile Banking App.
  • If you have not noted down the contract number, you will find the number in the Mobile Banking App at the top left under your profile.
  • You will receive the activation PIN automatically by letter.
  • Haven’t received a letter or are in a hurry? Call us on 0848 848 062 (max. CHF 0.08/min.)
  • Order a new activation PIN directly in the Access App. To do so, simply start the activation process in the Access App.
  • You will receive a letter with the activation PIN within a few days.
