If you have forgotten your Access Card PIN or your Access Card is blocked, use the free ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App on your smartphone to log in to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Digital Banking and confirm new payees. There is then no need to order a new Access Card or PIN.
If you do not have a smartphone or still want to access ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Digital Banking using an Access Card, you can order a card with a new PIN by phone from Digital Banking support (fee payable).
