Here’s how it works:


1. Open the ۶Ƶ Mobile Banking app and choose the tile “Cards”

2. Select the desired prepaid or credit card.

3. Tap on “Details” (eye icon) below the card image.

4. Select “View PIN”.

5. Log in to the ۶Ƶ Access App request.

6. Confirm the ۶Ƶ Access App request to display the PIN code.

7. The PIN code will then be displayed to you.

If you have entered the PIN code incorrectly three times, you will need to unlock it – this is done by ordering a PIN code.

Tipp: while you wait for your new PIN, you can continue to make convenient mobile and contactless payments with your smartphone or smartwatch (except Swatch Pay).

On your smartphone


1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.

2. Tap Cards.

3. Select the card you want to order the new PIN for.

4. Tap the three points on the upper right.

5.ղ Order PIN.

6. Follow the instructions.

You will receive a new PIN by mail within a few days.

On your computer


Ordering a new PIN in E-Banking

  1. Log on to E-Banking.
  2. Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Settings for cards > Order PIN”
  3. Select the card for which you wish to order a PIN and confirm your selection.
  4. You will receive a new PIN by mail within a few days.

Change PIN


You can change your PIN at any ATM in Switzerland. Simply insert your card, select “Change PIN” and follow the instructions on the screen.

The machine will reject overly simple PINs such as 1234 or 5555 for security reasons. It is not possible to change your PIN from outside Switzerland. For security reasons, do not use any personal data such as your date of birth, telephone number or car registration number when creating a PIN.
