Located in Ingenbohl-Brunnen in the canton of Schwyz, the district is being developed on the former industrial site of a cement factory. Nestled between picturesque Lake Lucerne and the impressive Mythen and Rigi mountain ranges, the project is unfolding over several stages. The first stage, initiated by the �۶���Ƶ «Siat» real estate fund, was successfully completed in August 2024.

Construction work on the “Nova” site started at the beginning of May 2022. This first initial phase is focused on the construction site closest to the village center and the lake – hence the name “Nova Port.” By August 2024, the construction of the multi-family units was completed, and the first residents moved into their new homes in September and October 2024, becoming the pioneers of the Nova Brunnen district.

In Nova Brunnen, "Nova Port" has been developed so far: four apartment buildings with a total of 101 modern apartments

The “Nova” site features four multi-family units with a total of 101 modern apartments ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, offering a high quality of life and a stunning views. The design combines classic bricks and natural wood with historic exposed concrete. Thanks to the staggered positioning and the corner loggias facing multiple directions, all tenants enjoy views of the Muota river, the mountain peaks, or Lake Lucerne. Inspired by the unique history of the location, the residential buildings incorporate exposed concrete in selected areas. The buildings rest on a base section made of exposed concrete, and the balcony panels are crafted of the same material. All ground floor apartments feature a small, private green space. Additionally, the green open spaces along the paths provide inviting meeting places and play areas.

The “Nova” site meets the stringent requirements of the Minergie standard, ensuring that residents will live and work in a modern, sustainable building with the highest level of comfort. The energy-efficient apartments and commercial spaces not only promote sustainable energy use, but also help to reduce CO₂ emissions. The project emphasizes the use of sustainable building materials and environmentally friendly construction practices, aiming to protect the environment while providing contemporary living and working spaces.

The “Nova Port” project, part of the �۶���Ƶ “Siat” portfolio, offers an ideal environment for modern living and working in Brunnen. Future construction phases will introduce modern office spaces and co-working options, enhancing the community’s appeal. The proximity to Lake Lucerne provides numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and water sports, making life in Nova Brunnen even more attractive.
