Zurich, 26 May 2025 – ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Group AG has completed its 2024 share repurchase program, launched on 3ÌýApril 2024, on 23 May 2025.

In total, 63,776,550 ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Group AG shares were repurchased via a separate trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange, representing 1.9% of the current registered share capital of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Group AG. The total repurchase volume amounted to CHF 1,738,798,331 (USD 1,999,932,111) and included the USDÌý1Ìýbillion of shares ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ announced to repurchase in the first half of 2025.
