
Stefan Berger is the Co-Head of FIM Asia-Pacific and is responsible for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ FIM Singapore.
Prior to his current role, Stefan held a dual mandate. He oversaw the CS GEAM platform, which he also represented as a member of the Global FIM Management team. In this capacity, Stefan ensured smooth client operations throughout the integration phase. Additionally, he led the FIM Multi-Asset Advisory International desk, which comprises the Multi-Asset Advisory teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Luxembourg, London, and Frankfurt, as well as FIM Business Development for Europe and Asia.
Throughout his more than 20-year career at the bank, he has gained extensive experience working in different management and expert functions. Stefan joined the EAM business in 2013 coming from Credit Suisse Solution Partners where he worked as a Senior Client Advisor and expert in complex wealth structuring and finance solutions for UHNWI and Multi Family Offices.
Before taking on his current position, he led the Market Area EAM German-speaking Switzerland for Credit Suisse. Prior to this, he was responsible for various Swiss EAM regions with teams in Zurich, Lugano, and Basel. In one of his earlier leadership roles, he was in charge of the Institutional EAM & MFO unit in Switzerland and managed teams based in Zurich and Geneva. Stefan holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg and a bachelor’s degree in business administration / economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Berne. He is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) and holds the CACS 1 & 2 Certifications from the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore.
