�۶���Ƶ

When concluding an insurance contract with Zurich, �۶���Ƶ Switzerland AG receives a value fee or acquisition fee of up to 13% of the premiums.

The following information contains an overview of monetary benefits that �۶���Ƶ Switzerland AG (“�۶���Ƶ”) receives from Zurich Insurance Group (“Zurich”) for the referral of Zurich services to �۶���Ƶ clients and prospects.

In particular, �۶���Ƶ advertises Zurich’s insurance offering to appropriate �۶���Ƶ clients and prospects and directs them to Zurich.

Monetary benefits may lead to conflicts of interests on the part of �۶���Ƶ. They may in particular create incentives for �۶���Ƶ to refer Zurich over other companies paying no, or less, monetary benefits. �۶���Ƶ has appropriate organizational measures in place in order to mitigate the risks resulting from such conflict of interests.

1. Monetary benefits
   �۶���Ƶ receives a maximum share of 13 % of the total net sales volume which is generated by Zurich from a referred �۶���Ƶ client.
   By way of illustration: A �۶���Ƶ client purchases Zurich services worth CHF 2 000 p.a. �۶���Ƶ in this case receives a maximum of CHF 260 p.a.
2. Waiver on monetary benefits
   The �۶���Ƶ client agrees that �۶���Ƶ fully retains any monetary benefits received from Zurich and herewith expressly waives the respective right to receive any monetary benefits. The �۶���Ƶ client acknowledges that this arrangement deviates from the statutory right to claim for restitution according to art. 400 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and/or any other statutory provision with similar content.
