If at least 80% of the cost of a flight or a trip using public transport is paid for using your �۶���Ƶ Credit Card, you and your family are automatically covered by accident insurance free of charge. The extent of your insurance cover depends on the type of credit card you have.

Cancellation costs resulting from illness, an accident or another event that prevents the client from undertaking the trip.

Arrangement and payment of return journey and reimbursement of expenses for any part of the trip not taken in the event of the trip being curtailed due to an insured event.

If you miss a connecting flight because your first flight was delayed by at least three hours, for which the first airline was solely responsible, EUROP ASSISTANCE will bear the additional costs (hotel, rebooking and telephone costs) for your onward travel up to a maximum of CHF 800 per person.

Purchase of a new flight ticket to the same destination if the first flight is missed. At least 80% of the cost of the trip must have been paid for using the card.

Theft, loss, damage and destruction of luggage.

Delayed delivery by a public transport company.

Payment of any expenses incurred in the event of sudden illness or of an accident abroad that are not covered by health or accident insurance.

Coverage of search and rescue costs and repatriation in the event of illness, accident or disappearance

Collision damage waiver (CDW) excess insurance in the event of a claim involving a rental car if at least 50% of the cost of the car rental was paid for using the �۶���Ƶ Credit Card

Please note: The collision damage waiver (CDW) is an excess insurance. In order for the coverage to take effect, the rental contract must contain collision damage insurance that limits liability to a deductible in the event of a claim.

Loss damage waiver (LDW) comprehensive insurance in the event of a claim involving a rental car if at least 50% of the cost of the car rental was paid for using the �۶���Ƶ Credit Card

If you have made a purchase using your �۶���Ƶ Gold or Platinum Credit Card and later discover that the item was being offered in another store or by another retailer at a lower price, our best-price guarantee entitles you to claim back the difference in price.

The best-price guarantee only applies to goods that are purchased from and offered by commercial retailers (stores, mail order or online shops) in Switzerland. See the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance for a full list of requirements.

Destruction or damage of goods paid for using the �۶���Ƶ Credit Card.��At least 50% of the price must have been paid for using the card.

Locksmith cover if you are locked out, lock replacement, new keys.

The services provided by EUROP ASSISTANCE are available to the insured person around the clock, 365 days a year, both before and during travel.

When called by the insured person, the insurer will where possible perform various concierge services, such as providing transport information, making restaurant bookings and car rental reservations, ordering flowers, etc.
