Listed Swiss real estate funds

Swiss real estate funds listed on the SIX stock exchange are subject to the SIX rules concerning ad hoc publicity. Art. 53 of the Listing Rules requires the issuer to inform the market of price-sensitive facts that are not public knowledge and which could result in a considerable change in prices.

Such information will in future be communicated to investors as follows for ۶Ƶ Real Estate Funds listed on the SIX:

  • on the news page of our Real Estate Funds pages
  • by e-mail to interested investors
  • on the website
