Greg Gatesman is the Chairman of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). Greg is Managing Director, Head of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ International Client Development, responsible for supporting and accelerating growth in our international franchise in the Americas. With over 25 years of experience in the Wealth Management Industry, Greg has held a variety of leadership positions in business leadership, strategy and business development areas at firms including Morgan Stanley, Julius Baer and Merrill Lynch. Greg received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the College of New Jersey, and an MBA from Penn State University.

Shona StoneÌýis the President and CEO of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada) and a Member of the Board of Directors. Shona is also President and Chair of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Investment Management Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada) and Head, Investment Products & Services and Head of Wealth Planning, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada) for 25 years. Received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (1995) and Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) 2000 from Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Ontario Bar. Joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada) in 2000, where she ran the Portfolio Management team, the Trading team, Alternatives, Structured Products, Lending Solutions and Wealth Planning. Past Elected Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBAO) Taxation Executive Committee and Chaired Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programmes in Taxation Law for many years. Has written articles for various publications including the Ontario Bar Association’s Taxation Newsletter and Tax Notes International to name a few.

Dezsö J. Horváth is Dean Emeritus of the Schulich School of Business, York University, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1977 and Dean from 1988 to 2020. He is a Professor in Strategic Management.
Dezsö Horváth is an electrical engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Licentiate and PhD degrees in Management from Sweden. Early in his career, he worked in research and development at the Swedish multinational ASEA (now ABB). Over the years, he has served on a number of corporate boards such as Dofasco, Samuel, Son & Co. Limited and Westport Innovations Inc. Dr. Horváth is currently the Chair of the Conduct Review Committee and a member of the Audit, and Corporate Governance & HR Committees of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank Board. He is one of the founders as well as a director of the Toronto Centre for Global Leadership in Financial Supervision, and a member of the advisory board of Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year Award program. In 2008, he was made a Member of the Order of Canada for his academic leadership and sustained commitment to business education, and in 2012, he received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of his achievements and significant contributions to Canada.

Victor Frank Pottow is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of GCP Capital Partners LLC. Frank has more than 30 years experience as a private equity investor and has served on numerous corporate boards. Frank is a Member of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). He attended the Bachelor of Commerce Program, Queen’s University. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (cum laude) from the Wharton School and Master of Business Administration Degree with High Honours, Harvard Business School. Frank is a Director of the following non-profit associations: Friends of Muskoka, Muskoka Lakes Association and Upper Canada College (US) Educational Foundation.

Evelyn Bailey is a former Senior Executive & Managing Partner – Retail Industry of Kyndryl. Evelyn is a Member of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada) and member of the Audit Committee, Conduct Review Committee and Corporate Governance & Human Resources Committee of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Calgary, Canada and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, ICD.D. Evelyn is a Board Member of Turnium Network Solutions, Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, Board Member & HR & Governance Committee Head of Windermere Golf & Country Club and VP of Chateau Big White Strata Council.

Hélène F. Fortin FCPA, FCA, ICD.D is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and is Managing Partner at LFB-CPA LLP. Hélène Fortin is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Conduct Review, and Corporate Governance & HR Committees of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). She is also a member of the Standing Committee on Audit and Oversight of the Senate of Canada, a member of the Department of Justice Canada Audit Committee, a director on the boards of Foundation of Prince Albert II of Monaco (Canada), and VoiceAge Corporation.

André Perey is a partner, who practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and emerging and high growth technology company law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He is a member of the Audit, Conduct Review, and Chair of the Corporate Governance and HR Committees of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). He is on the Board of several private corporations. He holds Degrees in Bachelor of Arts with Double Majors in Economics and Political Science, Bachelor of Law (LLB).

Alain Auclair is Managing Director, Head of Global Banking-Canada, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Securities Canada and is responsible for leading ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ' advisory and capital raising business in Canada. Alain is also a member of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Securities Canada Inc. He graduated with an MBA, Finance and International Affairs, from Queen's University, Canada and did an International Exchange with Université Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation of Stars, Board member of Fondation J. Armand Bombardier.

Heather CristÌýis the Head of Field Engagement and the Market Director (Mountain West, Utah) for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Wealth Management USA. Heather joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ in 2018 in New York City as Chief of Staff for the President of Americas and Co-President of Global Wealth Management, including the wealth management businesses outside the US. Heather is a Member of the Board of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Bank (Canada). Prior to joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Heather spent 28 years with Wells Fargo and its legacy wealth management companies, in various roles and countries. Heather holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an Undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and is an annual judge for The Wharton School’s Investment Competition for high school students.
